Important Notice Before Your First Session

New Clients Using Insurance:

To ensure a smooth scheduling process, new clients using insurance are asked to first create their secure client account with Headway before scheduling an appointment. Once your account has been created and all requested information has been completed, you will then be able to select your preferred appointment time.  Appointments scheduled without completing the account setup may need to be rescheduled. Our office partners with Headway for all insurance-based services. We currently provide services to clients located in Florida, Connecticut, and Massachusetts.

Out-Of-Pocket Clients:

If you plan to pay for your sessions out-of-pocket, we kindly ask that you complete all intake paperwork listed below.

After you have completed your paper, you may then schedule your 1st session here: https://calendly.com/iamhercounseling/individual-virtual-session

Once you have selected your appointment date and time, you will also need to make your payment. Your payment must be paid prior to the start of your scheduled appointment. Completing payment in advance helps ensure that your session can begin on time and without interruption. Please note that sessions can only be held once payment has been received in full.
